Green Buildings

Since 1974, The Robert Henry Corporation commitment to customer satisfaction and peace of mind has mandated that we keep abreast of new concepts in our industry. Today, Green Building is that new concept in institutional construction, commercial contracting, and industrial building.

Business owners, developers, boards of education, church boards, and other community leaders like The Robert Henry Corporation are finding that green building promotes the economic growth and well-being of their communities as well as the sustainability of the environment.

In February 2008, The Robert Henry Corporation joined the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) to affirm our commitment to building a sustainable environment and we are working towards fulfillment of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification requirements.

The USGBC is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. As members of the USGBC, The Robert Henry Corporation is committed to forming green habits and sustainable understanding as we help the marketplace meet the demand for green products.

Green buildings, also known as sustainable buildings, are structures that are designed, built, or renovated to be both "environmentally friendly" and resource-efficient. The Robert Henry Corporation can help you determine the costs and feasibility of green construction; whether you plan to add sustainable features to your existing structure or plan to build a new green facility.
