Since our founding, we have worked on a diversified range of projects--from a high-bay computer-operated storage building to wastewater treatment plants. Other building construction activities have focused on the design/build market and include assisted living facilities, medical and legal offices, freight terminals, shopping centers, catalog showrooms, supermarkets, banks and industrial warehouse/office buildings.

In lieu of the traditional bidding process, The Robert Henry Corporation has developed a unique Guaranteed Maximum Contract that provides project owners with direct control over their project cost. Through active involvement with the contractor and architect/engineer in both the planning phase and the actual construction work decision-making, owners make the choices that govern their project cost.
